A huge data resource with 184 million accounts was discovered on one of the web servers — without a password, without encryption, with open access for anyone. This was reported by security researcher Jeremiah Fowler, who was the first to stumble upon this treasure. He called the find "a dream worklist for cybercriminals" — and, apparently, this is not an exaggeration at all. ❓What's inside The database contains 47.42 GB of data. Emails, logins, passwords, links to account login pages, data from banks, government portals, medical services and popular applications. In other words, the vulnerabilities of millions of users around the world are protected. ❗️Among the well-known services in the database are: Apple. Google. Microsoft. Amazon. PayPal. Instagram, Facebook, X. Discord. Snapchat. Yahoo. WordPress. And this is only what we managed to check - the database is so large that the researcher has not yet had time to study it completely.
