The one and main rule is not to create expectations! ๐
If you follow it, all the problems in your life will disappear.
Just trust the process.
If you achieve your goal, you are happy, if not, you take it into account, accept and learn.
Only then will you stop being upset, because only those who are obsessed with their goal every day, and even every minute, get frustrated.
Because when you dream about your goals coming true, the universe says:
''Stop! So you'll only be happy if this happens?
Isn't life true happiness?''
After that the universe starts to teach you, it does not realize your desire!
Next, of course, you get upset and look for someone to blame.
And what's worse, you'll create expectation again.
The life of the universe has no aging, it is infinite.
It will teach you until you die or learn.
Just to summarize, only when you stop creating expectation in your mind, everything starts to work out for you.
Accept and enjoy any situation, and if something goes wrong, don't get frustrated, but take it as a lesson that makes you stronger. Because there is no reason to punish you in your life!
